98 Percent Citizens Have Recorded e-ID Card Data

Jakarta Provincial Government keeps accelerating data recording for e-ID card. At this moment, 6.8 out of 7.1 million of Jakarta residents have recorded their data.

We’ll pursue the remaining two percent

Edison Sianturi, Jakarta Head Dept. of Population and Civil Registration, admitted his side tries many ways to accelerate the effort/ Up to now, 98 percent of capital citizens have recorded the e-ID card.

“We’ll pursue the remaining two percent,” he said, Wednesday (5/18).

E-ID Card Service in Jati Urban Village Still Opens Every Weekend

Edison will hold mobile service by visiting the residents. This service will be held every Saturday.

Many of residents have not recorded their data because of sick or physical condition. There are also people having more than one ID card previously.
